Prohibited content and activity
You must not place offending content, or permit others to place offending content, on the Site or any other website on which ROLDA UK or its related bodies corporate may choose to display content at their sole and absolute discretion (“Related Site” https://rolda.org/ and all its sub-domains). (j) contains restricted or password only access pages or hidden pages or images (those not linked to or from another accessible page);
(k) furthers or promotes any criminal activity or enterprise or provides instructional information about illegal activities including, but not limited to making or buying weapons, violating someone’s privacy, or providing or creating computer viruses or other harmful code;
(l) solicits passwords or personal identifying information for commercial or unlawful purposes from other people;
(m) includes a photograph or video of any person without that person’s consent;
(n) violates the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, trademark rights, contract rights or any other rights of any other person; or
(o) promotes propaganda and/or symbols of organisations which are unconstitutional or illegal in UK.

Donations
To make a donation online to ROLDA UK at https://uk.rolda.org/ we use Charity Checkout processor, which provides a secure server and encryption to protect your financial and other personal information during transmission. When you enter sensitive information (such as credit card numbers) on our website, we encrypt that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL). When Credit Card details are collected, we simply pass them on in order to be processed as required. We never permanently store complete Credit Card details.

Payment currency
When you contribute to ROLDA UK online at https://uk.rolda.org/ all transactions are processed in GBP currency.
If you make a donation, we may request certain personally identifiable information from you. You may be required to provide contact information (such as name, email, and postal address) and financial information (such as credit card number, and expiration date). We use this information for billing purposes only. If we have trouble processing a donation, we will use this information to contact you.
Refunds and cancellations
Under charity law, charities are not permitted to refund donations, other than in specific circumstances. The Charities Act 2011 can be found here: https://www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/2011/25/contents/
In the event that a donation is made to ROLDA UK via https://uk.rolda.org/ or to ROLDA via https://rolda.org/ as a result of fraud or misuse or in the event of accidental duplicate transactions, ROLDA will refund the donation amount electronically back to the same card that was used to make the original transaction, provided the request is made within 45 days of the transaction. Refund Item Purchased via ROLDA’s Online Shop
Before you purchase an item from the ROLDA Online Shop.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not.
You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it.
Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.
E-mail page to a friend and E-card Facilities
The e-mail to a friend and e-card facilities allow a user to e-mail stories and product links or e-cards to other online users. Users can include a personal message together with a name and e-mail address.
The details you provide will not be used for any purpose other than delivering the appropriate information to the intended recipient. https://uk.rolda.org/, https://rolda.org/ and all its subdomains will not use the details to send unsolicited e-mail, and will not sell details to any third party.
Advertising/E-Commerce
ROLDA UK does not accept advertising on its sites.
