On 18th October 2026, would you like to be part of THE GREAT SOUTH RUN. This 10 mile run, starting and finishing on the glorious seafront, provides stunning running at every turn and passes iconic landmarks including the Historic Dockyard, HMS Victory and Southsea Castle.
We would love you to join our team! You will be raising funds to help us to continue to care for dogs.
Rambo was found in Romania in a devastating condition after being hit by a car. He survived for days in an empty plot, hiding from further harm, with no food, no help, and no way to get to safety on his own. 💛
By the time he was rescued, he had severe injuries that required urgent veterinary care. Without intervention, he would not have survived.
Rambo went on to find a loving home. His life became what it always should have been: safe, cared for, and full of love. That is what your run could help make possible.
